Basically, the development process will involve 3 phases. First, developing page layout and user interface. Then, coding the required functionalities. Lastly, working on responsiveness across all devices.

PROJECT HANDOVER
Setup and configure built WordPress Website or Web App on your chosen hosting server including the database and SMTP mail delivery along with other necessities.
